Hassle-free returns for purchases within 14 days from date of purchase on most products.

Within 14 days, we will replace it. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

After 14 days, we reserve the right to repair or replace the product(s).

Despite our best efforts, items may occasionally be damaged in transit.

We recommend that you inspect the outside and contents of all cartons received.

If it is past 14 days, no more than 30 days, you may exchange the item for the same value (if out of stock, another item is exchangeable with same value).

Proof of purchase required.

Exchanged items will be reviewed by our Return Department.

Exchanges typically take 2-3 days to process once item is returned.
